I travelled through Raj National Express on 25th october and on 29th october, from Ahmedabad to jaipur and return. I booked myself on Raj thinking I would get the best service and I paid good price for it. Unfortunately, i am completely disillusioned. The poor condition of the bus, the fact that the bus did not have proper lights in it and overall bad and dirty environment in the buss made the journey very uncomfortable. The crew in the bus played loud music and TV, the AC was either too cold or completely turned off, of course we had to tell the crew several times to turn if off.
Moreover the jouney being a 13 long, the stops that the bus made were on terrible joints where food, good or bad, was not available and i had to survive on chips. The staff was extremely rude and would not listen to any customers requests. It was over all a terrible experience and there has been no value for money. Raj's standards are lousy and their service is extremely dissatisfying. I couldnt wait to come home and write this complaint against Raj national express. Was this information helpful? |
