Rama Group Complaints & Reviews

We had booked 1-BHK in LivMo project on 22-April-23.
Due to medical emergency we could not proceed in booking.
When we called Sales team on 5th April-23, they asked to email and also refuse to refund saying that Rama Group does not refund the booking amount.
Go to head office, we have never promised or mentioned about refund etc.

We are helpless and have no way ahead to complaint or reach out for the justice......

We cracked a deal for a flat in wakad in pune in may 2015 and paid 3 lacs as token but for some reason we cancelled deal on 10 june 2015 and till today we havnt recd my token, , its november crossing.pl.help as the lady shifted to u.s.a, without signing deal on june 4.as per our conversation it was very clear that if deal cancels by seller or buyer money will be returned immediately .in all procedure a lawyer was also involved....
