We had booked 1-BHK in LivMo project on 22-April-23.
Due to medical emergency we could not proceed in booking.
When we called Sales team on 5th April-23, they asked to email and also refuse to refund saying that Rama Group does not refund the booking amount.
Go to head office, we have never promised or mentioned about refund etc.
We are helpless and have no way ahead to complaint or reach out for the justice... How can such a big money makers cheat people like this ? Was this information helpful? |
