We are the resident of suruya nagar, cheran maa nagar, behind happy home school, coimbatore. The dog continuously barks and howls for the whole day and night. The owner doesn't take any action on our complaints. We people and infants suffer a lot mentally due to this. This problem prevails for more than a year. Kindly do the needy
