I have purchased two pair shoes from company online shopping https://www.redchief.in/ link on[protected], both were over size, so i had complaint for the same and they assured me that they will exchange with proper size. Till today that is[protected] they have not exchange my shoe neither refund my money. I have not used/wear and return them for exchange with proper size that is 43. They picked both pair of shoe from my place.

colour difference

I beg to state that i have purchased a red chief shoe from punjab shoes m/s nandlal & sons 113 edward line kingsway camp delhi 1100009.
now the problem is that while purchasing this shoes i told shop keeper that there is difference of colour in this pair but he told me that single shoe was kept outside for display i will clean it wth shampoo it will be fine but after wearing the shoe a day by day the colour of left shoe gone dark...
