Very Poor Service

I have been using the Reliance 3G ([protected]) for almost 1 year with very low usage while I had 5 GB plan. When I started using the 3G services I found that i am getting a very low bandwidth after 4 GB o[censored]sage. It displayed the same on the Reliance site On calling the customer service which normally takes 30 min or longer of wait, which is not acceptable. Now on talking with the service adviser they said I have to wait till my next billing...

Incorrect Bill & poor service

Dear Sir,

I am not getting any response from reliance 3G broadband customer care and also not from reliance complaint department. I have sent 8-10 mails to their Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com and rcom.[protected]@relianceada.com mail ids in last july month and even talk to their customer care several times but nothing works. No body call me or respond in mail to me. Please find below few reference id's of their mail chains...
