I got my Reliance Broadband Netconnect through an agent on 12th Jan, 2010 for Rs. 3500. It got activated on 13th Jan,2010. But on 17th it got de-activated.
When I called the agent he told me that the connection will get activated again but for that I'll have to go for an auto-pay system. He told me that he will come the next day that is on 14th and collect the documents and the net will get activated again on the same...
