I suffering from the bad service of my mob. no. [protected] due to Reliance Smart bad service. Company deduct my balance without proper work, subscribe any service without information to deduct mob. balance. Network is always busy. Customer care present many option but didn't connect to customer care easily. The no.of my cell is [protected] and holding this no.for last six years.I am badly disturbed by continued unwanted adv.calls,even after requesting with customer care 'Do not disturb". Again balance has been deducted. Today itself & once more earlier after my previous complaint. Do something because I just want to say "Reliance, go to hell" just for wasting our money without any reason....

deactivate all value added services

Dear Sir/Madam,

From last one month I am continuously requesting to Reliance Smart Customer Care to deactivate my all value added services. And they (customer care) had 6 times confirmed me that my value added services would be closed. But Smart Customer Care didn't do it yet.

Poor customer service

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I regret to put up this complaint.
I had a horrible experience with one of your customer care executives.
This incident took place on 20th of Dec'09 at around 00.20 AM IST.
Please check the customer care skills standard of this particular executive .
If I really had an option of MNP in my home town, then the very next moment I would have opted for it.
