I had ordered a bose soundlink revolve+ bluetooth speaker (Black) through this remoshop on 24th june with order #1522 with... Did not receive......

I have ordered a bose soundlink revolve+ bluetooth speaker (Black) through this remoshop on 13th july with order #4792 with cod option.

I received a call from remoshop on 14th july stating that the product is being delivered in 2-3 days and to be ready with cash.

I received the order on 20th july and to my surprise, i received a non branded mini bluetooth speaker from xpressbees delivery and the delivery guy...

I ordered "mivi octave blueetooth speaker" but was delivered "soundlink"

I paid rs. 2600 for a wrong substandard brand.

Fraud / fake company...

I was completely cheated. This fake brand they have sent me is not even work rs.800.

The company has sent me a fake product against my order for bose soundlink+ portable bluetooth speaker.The fake product cost me Rs.3799/-.Whereas the original price of the fake product is Rs.999/- or less.Their advertisement and the product received don't match.They are not responding to emails.The advertisements are appearing openly in Google News and other forums....

I have order 2nd generation apple airpod pro with wireless charging case as shown on there website and place the order on 3/7/9 viz order no.3539 worth rs.3499. And same has been delivered on 12/7/20 time 15.15 at my delivery address. When i opened the parcel unbranded chinese make headphone received with no invoice. I request all consumer forum concerned department to help me out with on my refund paid money rs.3499 and take strict action...

I received a call on 26.06.20 stating the order placed and the product will be received in 2 -3 days time.

I got an sms from xpressbees that product is ready for delivery and asked for pay cash upon delivery. Which i did rs 3799/- on july 1, 2020 at 6:24 pm

I made online purchase of electronics from remoshop.in for the first time. The online purchase was made on 16 th april 2020.

They charged me an amount of rs.3827.50 on my credit card. But never delivered the products. I received a mail from them that they will deliver the product after the lockdown. But since they did not deliver i sent repeated emails to them. But did not get any response. There are no phone numbers to contact....

I would atleast expect refund of money.
