Remoshop.in — wrong product sent

I ordered through https://remoshop.in for a bose soundlink revolve+ bluetooth speaker (Silver) on 26.05.2020 with cod option.

I received a call on 26.06.20 stating the order placed and the product will be received in 2 -3 days time.

I got an sms from xpressbees that product is ready for delivery and asked for pay cash upon delivery. Which i did rs 3799/- on july 1, 2020 at 6:24 pm

I opened the package & to my surprise it contained a "soundlink wireless portable bluetooth speaker".
It was shocking that it does not contain the item for which i paid for, but some obscure device.

I am feeling completely cheated as my order was for a "bose soundlink revolve+ bluetooth speaker (Silver)", which is also clear from the invoice sent to me.

Sent a mail at [protected]@remoshop.in on 2.07.2020, updating the same which was followed by another mail on 02.07.2020 from remo shop.in website also. I even tried calling the number from which i received a call, but it was switched off.

No response has so far been received from the so called "young and vibrant company that aims to provide good quality and branded products."

This is clearly a fraud website and operating openly. Now i could find similar complaints made by others also against this fraud entity.

I updated the same to police and waiting to hear from them.
