Even if the vehicle (RV400) booking is cancelled, I still get no refund as per the terms and conditions.
How many times have I complained to your customer care?
How much longer will it take you to get my money back?
Or I will now raise my issue in the consumer forum.

i have cancelled my revolt motor bike booking on 17/7,
as per company policy refund should give within 40 days.
But even after 80 days i have not recived refund, i have called many times to consumer court but still not recived refund.
Mailed to costumer care but refund not initiated....

Revolt is not refunding for the cancelled orders. I have cancelled my revolt bike booking on[protected] and its been 40 days and no refund is initiated.
They keep saying its the problem with Razor pay and say you will get your money soon. They are holding 9500 rupees and its happening for everyone. My booking id is RV400-BLK-P118-OCT-NOV[protected].

Dear Team,

I have Booked my Revolt RV 400 on 17th August -20 and cancelled it on 1st June-21due to some personal issue. I have waited till 7 Days but as i didn't get my refund back, then I called Revolt CC and came to know that there is Razorpay Issue for the booking amount refund.
Revolt CC team asked me for the details of my booking and account number to credit the refund amount manually and I did the same. I waited...

My bike belt broke when driving. But service center nit giving belt in under warranty....

Hello team,

It's been a six months still I didn't received my revolt RV -400 bike on time. They told me that bike will be delivered in 3 months still not received. Revolt motors excutive does not respond via call or email by no of follow ups also. They have charged 8000 booking amount. And now their team gives us complete ignorance. I think it's been fraud. Please help us with this.

I would like to notice that Revolt motors India is not initiated my refund amount of 3999 INR which I paid more than 8 months before. The company stated that the amount will be refunded within 10 days if I couldn't submit my KYC documents. After paying the amount I came to know that I can submit the KYC only by hand to their showrooms in Delhi NCR and pune. I am from south india (kerala).
I need my refund otherwise I need to proceed...
