Revolt Motors — Booking cancled before 1 month but refund not received

Dear team,
I was booked an electric bike from revolt motor and give rs. 18999/- pre-booking amount via razorpay from my credit card on 22-oct-2021. As per the revolt bike delivery slot was jan-feb, for on time delivery i visited revolt hub multiple times given documents
also to them as per the demand and after no positive response multiple time tried to cancle the booking online but the link was not working so I visited the revolt hub on sb road pune as per custom care instructions, i told kunal pandey the hub person to cancle my booking after multiple request he sent one mail to the internal team to cancle the booking on[protected], but not added me in cc, now on revolt sire it is showing that my booking is cancled but not received nay mail confirmation, taking followup via mail and customer care but no positive response still, i don't receive my amount. I talked many times to revolt motors and razorpay, and raise a request to my refund but still amount not received, but its huge time now, i have not received any amount.
So i request you please check all the attached files in this dispute and help me to receive my amount back with penality.
