RNA Builders in Mumbai are crooks No.1. I had booked a flat with them in 2007 at their project RNA Royal Park in Kandivli West. At the time of booking they had promised possession in Feb08. I had also paid them 100% payment based on their assurances. We're in Mar'09 and there's still no clarity as to when the possession would be given.
