Even though I like the property, the flat that I have bought in RNA Continental Chembur
I am livid with the lack of professionalism, transparency and honesty of the builder. I would have recommended buying this property to everyone but not any more. I am yet to get possession which was committed in Sep 2013. I cant even do much about the losses I am bearing(rented home till I get possession). I want the builder to tell me in writing by when will I get possession of the flat that I have bought in Building B in RNA Continental Chembur.
The laws that we have in this country don't even safeguard honest simple people like us from the builders like RNA Continental from whom we buy the home of our dream after savings money for years. Its a shame!
RNA does not care about its customers at all. I do not recommend RNA to anyone.
