The product got damaged in just 3 weeks. I visited the store and gave for repair. They sent the product to my address after 2 weeks, the damage was left unrepaired...

I purchased 2 shoes from Centro Shoe Store in Forum Mall, Hyderabad. One of then was of Rocia brand. The shoe tore after 1 usage only. When I went to the shop replacement, after keeping me waited for half an hour fin ally they said they'll send the shoe to the manufacturer for replacement and it might take 3-4 days time. Earlier also I had a bad experience with Centro Shoe Store but I thought of giving them a second chance. However...
