Certain Ms. Anjali Sehgal contacted me via one of my friends for a booking plan of 3 nights in a list of hotels she was providing for Rs 8000 under the company name Royal Bliss Holidays club. Me and my friend took the offer and I also enrolled one of my relatives for the same. In total 3 plans were taken from Royal Bliss Holidays club through Ms. Anjali. I purchased three card in January 2022.
got the receipt and restaurants coupens and they promissed me that the cards will be applicable for year but they never attend call and blocked me from there number after received money
Till now no result.
Called many times without any result visited the office in janakpuri district centre on last month which was vacatted one week back as per surounding office personals.

Bad experience company, I request you please don’t book any room in future ..half the year hotels are backlisted due to
festive, winter, summer vacations and what not.
Rest of the days, there hotels are Not same as per booklet ..They are busy always not attend call or not revert back after call .. Ijust

They are doing fraud with customer by charging them amount and when it come to services they are not replying and neither answering to calls....

I purchased the hotel membership for 3 nights in November 2021. However tried to place a booking against the same by calling them numerous times but the number is out of service and even dropping them emails which have been unanswered. I wish to file a legal complaint against them under fraud....

We had purchased 9-10 memberships from royal bliss hospitality Ltd, janakpuri, Delhi in March 2021. Suddenly COVID came in and lockdowns started.When the situation was little better we asked for room bookings.
Initially we were always said we are trying and some common excuses -
1. The hotel you selected not available
2. The date you sle are not available
3. We cannot book on weekends
And multiple other...
