Royal Bliss Holidays Club — Fraud - taken money but no services given

We had purchased 9-10 memberships from royal bliss hospitality Ltd, janakpuri, Delhi in March 2021. Suddenly COVID came in and lockdowns started.When the situation was little better we asked for room bookings.
Initially we were always said we are trying and some common excuses -
1. The hotel you selected not available
2. The date you sle are not available
3. We cannot book on weekends
And multiple other excuses
Out if 15 20 hotels they sold in membership hardly 3 were the one they had time up with.

Me n my parents had 3 memberships which were expiring in February, we kept on requesting them for hotel but they said that for 1 member ship we wil give u room in March and other 2 in April .

Now from April onwards have been contacting them and they say we never promised you, I have all recordings and mails.

They are cheaters and just take money and forget that you are customers.

Now they say extend you membership for 12000 or remove the negative comments from Google you have made for us, only then we will give you the promised rooms.

I purchasged the yearly package for 3 nights stay in different hotels and restaurants coupens for 8k in july 2022.
I got the receipt and restaurants coupens and they promissed me that the cards will be delivered in one weekfor hotes and restaurents use.
Till now no result.
Called many times without any result
visited the office in janakpuri district centre today which was vacatted one week back as per surounding office personals.
So this is a fraud company.
I am planning for police complaint.

there is a girl name Anjali number is [protected]
she is not answering our calls since many days and now we got to know that they are fraud they take money and then don't book the hotels we want.
Certain Ms. Anjali Sehgal contacted me via one of my friends for a booking plan of 3 nights in a list of hotels she was providing for Rs 8000 under the company name Royal Bliss Holidays club. Me and my friend took the offer and I also enrolled one of my relatives for the same. In total 3 plans were taken from Royal Bliss Holidays club through Ms. Anjali. After taking the money through UPI whenever we tried to make a booking for hotel Ms. Anjali made some or other excuse for denying the hotel booking. Even after repeated promises she could not come clean. After that she blocked our phone numbers and when we called from some other number she pretended to be someone else and said this number no longer belongs to Ms. Anjali and stopped answering finally. This company has defrauded us of Rs 24000/- in total and wasted our time. I would advise everybody not to fall prey to such hotel booking companies.
