Hello,

I took a flight from Bangkok to Kathmandu on October 10th 2022 . I was really shocked to see the poor condition of the airplane. Lavatory was disgusting, flight attendent need training on customer service, seat covers were ripped off and the cabin(floor) needs serious cleaning. No refund made for the loss & damage of backage

When i received my luggage at the conveiyer belt, my luggage was tampered with and some articles weare also missing for which i complined to the airlines and they agreed also that the contents weighing aprox. 2 Kgs.

I have been following it up for almost an year now but there is no positive response from their end.. I have also written emails to the airlines but nobody has bothered to respond to my even 1 email.....
