Society charging gst on taxable complaint leading to double taxation, wrong and inflated billing. Society ignoring the matter....

I shifted to sec 52, Ardee City, some 25 days back, and since then I haven't had a peaceful tight sleep, , , , , , ...why?...Because of the stray dogs...the become hyper active in the night, , , , , , , are abut 30 odd dogs in the entire vicinity, they houl, cry, bark, wont stop unitl 4 in the morning...my life has become miserable, because of work cant sleep in morning and these dogs dont let me sleep in the night, ...I will become crazy...
