Today morning dated 17/07/2021 I caught a ST bus from Mgm hospital, kalamboli (bus no - MH20-D-9970)
The bus conductor who is lady start asking me for ticket before let me seated on seat. Again she approached at me and out of nowhere started to shouting at me then I was asked her to my departure point but she start arguing without guiding me and also hold me last stop ticket. Being a lady conductor I clam down myself but this mis behaviour...

On satara - dahiwadi route, i waited almost for 1 and half hour for st bus
This is not because of there is any scarcity of buses but due to regretful management of buses. Almost 4-5 buses are went back to back at same destination i. E korean, at time differences of only 5-10 min. And more then 90 percent seats was vacant in that buses, while their is lots of public still waiting for dahiwadi bus...
It's totally not good for...

Now i am traveling from pune to paithan (Mh-20;bl:2290). Bus scheduled time on 02:00 pm. Bus driver was very slow, 3 hrs. Gone. However, not reached ahmed nagar, when asked about conductor (Ms. M. S. Aute) she was given answered very rudely am not drive the bus. Very ridiculous. This is not the way 2 answer. Also, bus was very dirty. Kindly do the needful. Also, will taken complaint once reach the destination....

On monday 21/11/2016 there are 40 to 50 public waiting for busat alibaug depo for thane from 4.30 but no any bus for thane On time table board there are 2 3 buses but on that day no any bus the public very much suffer the official Mr Magar not give suitable reply all public request him that plz do any arrangment bcoz no any bus from 2and half hours from evng 4.30 o clock he argue with us and not co operate thare are ladies passengers also...

Today morning i have catch the bus from Wada at 8:30 that was Wada-Bhiwandi Bus (State transport bus), before getting the ticket i have confirm to drop me at Kudus Coca- Cola stop but while stop coming driver arguing to stop the bus and quarrl. During getting down he has started the bus with shouting .
as my luck save life by falling down.
Need to take immediate action against this type of the behavior of the people....

I, Nasir Pathan a mumbaikar and a regular traveller of S T Bus service wanted to lodge a complaint against sukharvadi Bus Depot Borivali East opposite sanjay ghandhi national park of not receiving the phone cal for inquiry timings of buses at 10 feb 2016 i cal the sukharvadi bus depot for inquiry they were continous busy on phone from 11:45 pm to 12:15 am but nt received my cal later i tried again at 4:00 am...

I reserve my tiket online from vashi to chaken for bus kurla nehru nagar to junnar. The approx bording time on my tiket was 6:50 AM (vashi depo). I reach in depo at 6:45 i wait til 7:30 AM but other passanger told me that your bus was missed. I contcted to Kurla depo as well as i personaly meet to Panvel depo head person. They told me tha bus was reched in vashi at 6:30 and it was missed. They didnt allow me to go by other bus. They just...

hi this is Mahender patil this is to inform you that my sister is regularly travel in st bus from navi Mumbai to dadar
bus driver is not do the stop at juinagar bus stand n LP bus stand and the Beauvoir of conductor is worst whenever we ask for tickets he always ask for the change n do argument n ask us to do whatever you want I have good contact in mahanagar palika and sometimes he drunk in duty
this is the regular problem...
