Dear sir, my family send me a parcel on 14th June 2017 and I received it on 28th June 2017.The parcel was sent through SAFEWAY International Courier and the fee taken was 450/Kg which comes to Rs 5850/- (Receipt attached). Total charges were paid to the person concerned and a receipt was taken. But the packaging was not right, It was opened on its way. n.Some items were missing from the parcel. The items within the parcel were also damaged....

Dear Sir, On 8/6/2015, I had sent a parcel of 15 Kgs to London having some house hold items.
