I workes with the above mention company. I resigned from this on April 2005. I joined this co in 2004. and again joined in 2006. i want to withdrawl PF amount. so plz suggest me wats the procedure.

My self Pawan Gupta. I workes with above mentioned company in year 204-2005 again i joined in 2006 My PF Regn No. :-PN/25554/163 & ESI regn. No.-9235230 I want to withdrawl my Pf amount.

PF CHEQUE NOT RECEIVED
I workes with the above mention company. I resigned from this on dated 31/08/2006. I joined this co in 2005. After resign i have send my PF withdrwal application form to The Regional P.F Commissioner, Sham Nagar, Near Bus Stand, Ludhiana-141001.After sending this i have also send request letter for releasing PF amount two times.But i haven't received any PF amount as well as any letter against my form.
Pls do some needful...
