Hi, I have been charged by savethedeals.com over a year without realising. I do not know how did they manage to get my credit card details. I have not authorised them to any purchase. However, they have fraudulently charge my credit card. Despite my numerous contacts, they have not responded.

Can someone tell me what to do to have my money refunded please?

I received an email from savethedeals.in saying 6 movie tickets in Rs.50. I clicked on it. I was asked for debit card information. As per the standard procedure for CREDIT card transactions for HDFC debit cards, but as I entered the debit card information I received an SMS that Rs. 1730 has been debited from my debit card without any OTP or 3D secure page... I have written an email to this effect to savethedeals.in but there is no response....
