Hi, I have been charged by savethedeals.com over a year without realising. I do not know how did they manage to get my credit card details. I have not authorised them to any purchase. However, they have fraudulently charge my credit card. Despite my numerous contacts, they have not responded. Can someone tell me what to do to have my money refunded please? Regards.
