seagate harddisk Complaints & Reviews

i had brought 1TB seagate freeAgent GoFlex Harddisk for rs. 5500 two months back, with warranty.
now it does not get detected in any computer. since it is under warranty period i went to seagate
authorised centre, they said that the bar code is not clear ( it was slightly erased) hence no warranty.

the printing of the barcode itself is such that it gets erased soon. the P/N and S/N is still readable.

i gave my harddisk with a call id SGTAND[protected]DW in seagate service centre, since one month over i didnt got any message from them .They dont pick up up the phones of the consumer . can any one help me plz .once i went their for confirmation they told me that with in one week they will send me a message of replacement of my harddisk but three weeks over i didnt got any message.

please help me ....

So i need to give for servicing in Seagate servicing center's but could not found the official servicing centers in Bangalore. Please help me to find the Seagate Bangalore servicing centers in Bangalore location....
