I have lost my 500 rs through sendly app recharge

My name is Ankit jaiswal ND I have recharge my no. [protected] two times but it shows transaction failure but my balance have been deducted from my ICICI debit card..i have lost my 500 rs .my email I'd is ankit.[protected]@ gmail.com ND my no. Is [protected] please refund my money......

unsuccessful recharge

I tried to recharge with sendly app.
Money was deducted but no recharge was done.I tried to contact customer care but got no response.
Email id with which i logged in was: [protected]@ymail, com
and phone number in which i tried to recharge was [protected].
I had to return my mobile phone for replacement so i had to format my mobile and the sendly account was locked....
