I purchased SHAKTIBHOG 10 Kg atta from retailer Delhi Packed on 03/05/14 & the lot or whatever No is DLSI/032. When We open the bag We found so many insects in atta.
I called customer care. They said We will replace that atta.Is that the solution. Then I called customer care after two days for status what they are taking action for this issue continuously but they are not picking the phone.

I used to buy Shakti Bhog atta and what I observed their very inconsistent.
I purchased below details atta , and this atta taste very bad , I have whole packed atta with me and not used

From LAst 10 years we were using your atta. It was very imressive and tasty. But day before yestterday we were bought a five kg atta packet from 6ten Sector 25, Panchkula. unfortunatly when we were cooked rotty it was very bitter and finnally we checked with the atta, a very bad smell comes from it.
