Fridge not working from last three months

We bought a new refrigerator six months back ..and the abnormal working i.e low cooling has been noticed from last three months.
When complaint registered to Sharp India through Vijay sales Retail...
After Tech visited, he did not give us the report form for signature as well as reporter that its done and closed
but the problem still persists and this is the 4th complani that i am giving but still the same .. Checked...

Bought SHARP SJ- K15S-SV Refrigerator on 31.3.12 from NAVRANG AUDIO VIDEO PVT LTD. VIKAS MARG LAXMI NAGAR . (INVOICE NO2044 DTD,05.05.2013). But it is not work properly cooling ,We are again and again complain your office but not response your side. Kindly replace this unit as soon as possible .
