Shree Om Sai Nath Car On Rent Ltd Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to bring into your kind notice that I Bharat Swaroop Saxena invested Rs 125000/- into SOSN Car on Rent
in June'09 in Delhi Office, on written agreement, company has promised to pay Rs 8040 per month for 5 years on my one time investment.Company has also provided me the cheques for 5 years for monthly payment and everything was going good till Nov'09, but in Dec'09 bank has refuses...

I am one of the investor of SOSN since July 2009.My name is Lalitchandra L. Damani. From twelve cheques, three cheques i received, and got cleared. But after that no any other cheque got cleared.

Can i get my money back or not? Where will i do enquiry regarding this? If I will not receive my money, what shall i do?

If anybody will get any information regarding this, please tell me.

I invested money in "SHREE OM SAI NATH CAR ON RENT LIMITED" ON 14th Oct 2009 in its EXECUTIVE CARD scheme at its Jaipur office at 75, 1st Floor, Ganpati Plaza, M.I. Road, Jaipur - 302001. As per the agreement I was to receive Rs. 8040/- per month for 60 months and the first payment was due on 10th Nov 2009. I was invested Rs. 135000/- in Shree Om Sai Nath Car on Rent Limited at Bangalore branch on 04th august 2009. as per Company promises, he was issued 12 cheque on yearly basis upto 5 years for Rs. 8,100/- (each cheque) for monthly credited into my a/c.On credited of three cheque, Company deposited all cheque in Bangalore branch and intimated that the further payment will be made through directly in your account mentioned in agreement. I HAD INVESTED IN SHREE OM SAI NATH CAR ON RENT IN RESORT BUSINESS IN WHICH I HAD INVESTED 125000 & AS PER AGREEMENT HE WILL PROVIDE 8040 PER MONTH IF I DOESNOT USE THE RESORT SERVICES BUT FROM NOV.2009 THAY ARE NOT PAYING OWNER ARE AREESTED IN DELHI AND GOT BAIL IN LAST MONTHS BUT MY MONEY IS NOT STILL RECEIVED

company has took Rs111000/- form me. and assure me to give 8040/- per month for 60 month for this they had issued post dated cheques . for three month it has cleared and from nov month cheque has been bounsed att there off has been closed no any person is picking up the phone mostly ther employ has switched off the phone
so its a kind request to take action aganist them.
