We had complained about noise and smoke coming from Siemens washing machine. Service engineer from Deepam Enterprises came. Without even touching the machine, on hearing about the problem he said that there is a design problem due to which the heating element along with the board conks off. After 2 days, we received a quote via sms for Rs.12000/- for replacement of faulty part. I regret the day when I bowed to my husbands wish(a quality professional)...

This is to inform you that my washing machine is not working since 4th august 2014, and after many calls i am not getting any satisfactory reply from their side, and they dont even listen to our complaint and simply disconnect the phone call, which is very insulting.
The reason for buying siemens was its real big brand name, and after paying...
