However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I(Puneeth S) had submitted my PF Application Form in my previous employer Silicon India Pvt Ltd Company before 1 Year on August 2011, but it was not submitted to the PF Office, and i registered the same complaint in Indian Consumer Complaints Forum, once the complaint is registered the form was submitted and i got an acknowledgement for the submission in the PF Office. Then now again the form has been returned back...

Provident Fund Application Not Submitted

I(Puneeth S) have claimed & submitted my Provident Fund application form on December 26th, 2011. And my application is not yet submitted to the Provident Fund office and i am not getting any response from the office as well. I kindly request you to help me in this regards.
