[Resolved]  Silicon India — PF Documents not attached with the applications

Hi,

I(Puneeth S) had submitted my PF Application Form in my previous employer Silicon India Pvt Ltd Company before 1 Year on August 2011, but it was not submitted to the PF Office, and i registered the same complaint in Indian Consumer Complaints Forum, once the complaint is registered the form was submitted and i got an acknowledgement for the submission in the PF Office. Then now again the form has been returned back from PF Office to the Employer Silicon India Pvt Ltd before one and a half month, since the employer has not attached the necessary documents to the application, but no one has checked about that till this date. And if i call and ask what has happened, they are not responding properly. Its not only happened for me, even my friend has applied with me for the PF but his application is not yet submitted to the office. The concerned person who is handling this is mentioned below:
