Bought a Sofa from SleepyHead last December, the product seem to be of very poor quality with a lot of form sagging and threads being worn out within 4 month o[censored]sage and customer support is not that helping much with blunt and open ended responses. Even for a technician they dont allow and level of customer support is pathetic not sure how they are selling the product....
