The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Sir/Madam,
I have done Bsc. IT from Sikkim manipal university in 2013. At that time of admission institute told me university is recognized, But now when I try to apply for Canada, I gone thorough for assessment By WES(World Education Service) who is authorised by Canada government for education assessment. Gave me report that SMU DE is not recognized. I called several time to university and send many mails regarding this matter, but not...

The university providing distance education for student as well as working professionals but they conducting examination in wrong way it means they gives exam center as per there convenience. the student who live central line there exam center in western line so it quit difficult to travel over there .the exam start from 1 aug 2011. when i called sum center they said it is not possible to change the exam center....
