Its been 9 months i have not received my RC papers. i am running after the escalation team like a dog, They are so unprofessional, they dont know the value of time. always kept me waiting. i dont whom to contact. highly highly disappointed....

We have purchased car from spinny with there policies of 5 day return buy back and all. They have given us a faulty vehicle which we wanted to return. There was small damage on vehicle so what they done I dont know they started saying it is very big damage. we cannot take vehicle back and all. Please dont buy from them as we dont know how will be the vehicle they made fraud with us and now they want us to pay for that. Together unhappy customers...

One Mr vignesh from spinny technical support team came to evaluvate my car want sell, on 24th november he visitedmy location and evaluvatef car bu taking 1 hr time . After that no communication from spinny team its too bad experaince and vignesh also not reciving my call and customer support team also not giving any clarity...

Very disappointed with Spinny services as the agent who I was in touch with for the sale of my car has not been responding after closure of the deal. After all the documents submitted they are changing the price on bad faith.

I bought swift dzire on Aug 4th 2022.
Within 1 month I am seeing issues with clutch and vibration.. When I contacted spinny workshop and customer care they say these are not covered in warranty..
With a belief on certified cars, I thought proper check of spare parts are done while delivering car to customers... Waste of money.....

Never trust Spinny if you desperately wanted to sell your car. I had a very bad experience with them. They initially provided a very good quotation on 17 Sep'22. We had scheduled a evacuation check discussed price over call. I have accepted the price and even scheduled pickup of vehicle. Next morning they have changed everything and kept the order as in evaluation once again and no call from them even requested for callback several times.

Worst service ever. If they have some problem they need to inform customer and decline the deal....

I was called on a Friday evening "AGAN and AGAIN" and was given a price of 4L to sell my car after, checking by Spinny guy (first out of three), sending all my documents, and a long debate and price fluctuations from 2.5 L to 4L.
