People those are looking to invest in SRS Lotus Kurukshetra in sector 9 should think twice before putting their hard earned money to these fraud peoples. This group is a big fraud they don't have the ownership of land they are selling to peoples nor their layout plan is approved. The people those are investing in sector 9 would never receive the ownership of the plot because the person who is selling it don't have it with them....

I had a plot booked with SRS LOTUS in their project at sector 9 in kurkshetra. Recently they send me a letter that they are cancelling my allotment without giving any reason and asked me to collect the refund of money from their office. This shows how these real estate companies functions in this country. I have book this plot at Rs. 5500/- per sq. yard whereas the current market price is around Rs. 12000/- per sq. yard.
