[Resolved]  SRS LOTUS KURUKSHETRA — FRAUD BY SRS

I had a plot booked with SRS LOTUS in their project at sector 9 in kurkshetra. Recently they send me a letter that they are cancelling my allotment without giving any reason and asked me to collect the refund of money from their office. This shows how these real estate companies functions in this country. I have book this plot at Rs. 5500/- per sq. yard whereas the current market price is around Rs. 12000/- per sq. yard. This act of the company shows that they want to sell my plot at higher rates to some one else.
