I need orthopaedic surgery for my wife which is insured with me and we had taken preapproval from insurance company we got admitted on 2nd march 2022 and no test was done before that when we got admitted they told to do covid test and on 3rd march covid came positive and dr denied surgery and hospital took amount of one day from us and insurance company also denied claim as hospital has not done anything

My mother had an orthopaedic surgery this month and was admitted for about 4-5 days in this hospital. The staff nurses of ortho wards are so ill-mannered that i am shocked how they got appointed as a nurse. They straight away denied to do their job. Their service is too delayed, we have to call them 3-4 times for just giving a bed pan. One of the nurse gave diapers for urine passing another saying you have to use bed pan only. Everybody is...
