St. Stephens Hospital — arrogant behaviour by staff nurses with the patient

My mother had an orthopaedic surgery this month and was admitted for about 4-5 days in this hospital. The staff nurses of ortho wards are so ill-mannered that i am shocked how they got appointed as a nurse. They straight away denied to do their job. Their service is too delayed, we have to call them 3-4 times for just giving a bed pan. One of the nurse gave diapers for urine passing another saying you have to use bed pan only. Everybody is playing with the patients nothing else. My mother had a fracture in right leg so she is not able to walk but these girls clearly denied to help her in getting fresh. We are very frustated with this behavior and i dont think so we will ever come to this hospital again.
