I joined subhiksha on may 2007 as a retail outlet manager, and I have not received my salary or PF dues from june 2008 till April 2008 and also the PF is pending for the whole tenure. I am bankrupt and all my EMI checks have bounced due to which my credit rating also have been affected. Please inform as to what exactly is to be done about this....

Sir I joined subhiksha as Asst.Store Manager in ajmer at vaishali nagar outle in november 2007.Company has closed the outlets.PF is being deducted but I do not have pf no.So kindly tell how cold Iget my pf no and claim.
