No refund of Money after services stopeed

They called me up and claimed to set up my interview with ICICI Bank Ltd in jammu. Of course none of this happened and they kept on calling me to deposit "charges" money upt Rs 7500. When they asked for more money before final interview I asked them to cancel the services and was assured that I will get my refund within 45 days. The same was done in November 2014. No response so far. Please help. Written below is the copy of numerous emails...

Since june 2014 my registration fee is not refunded
I will see to it no one else will be cheated by you people.
I will take legal action against you and advertise in media how you cheat and fraud with people.

This team Success 4 career picks the CV from job portals and promises to provide overseas jobs. So far they have took 48160 Rs from me. They have cheated by fake promises to provide job overseas. They have not refunded my amount and trying to fool me by asking to tansfer the same amount again to have it credited back.
