Sir/Madam,
I request you to please take immediate action. My neighbor has Pittbull and they have caged it . It keeps barking all day and night and also howls. My husband works from home not able to take calls, my children are not able to study. It has become a mental torture.
I have requested the neighbor several times but they doesn’t give any ear....
