i need to have my pan card for getting my salary. i applied for pan card throgh suoer seva on 11 august 2009 but even after 20 days no news about my pan card nor pan card number on the site. When contacted they were rude and unresponsive. On taking the matter with my superviser they again told me to refile my application. i did so on 7 sept but again they told me that due to some problems they cannot provide me the service promised .
