Before filing a case I am expecting a good reply from your company. I bought a SUZUKI ACCESS on 26/08/2011 (Vehicle Model: ACCESS 125, ENG. No. : F[protected], Frame No. : MB8CF4CAHB8328893 and Registration No. : TN-03-F-7126). Exactly after 20 days roughly 600 km on odometer the vehicle got breakdown. poor average problem

dear sir,
i purchased suzuki access125 on 03/10/2009. it was promised by company(broshure & booklet)and dealer that it will give the average of atleast 50to55kms/ltr. i purchased it from ICON MOTOR PVT LTD at nehrubridge ahmedabad showroom.but even after so many servicing it is still giving the average of 30-33 kms/ltr. i have complain many time at i con suzuki service station but no one litsen to my complain.i m not satisfied...

I have purchased Access 125cc bike from Calicut Suzuki, Calicut. Before service its working fine good average around 50kmpl.but after my all free services avg. down its given 30kmpl in highway. I really disappointed Calicut Suzukki service.
