Dear Sirs I was booked on Swiss Air tkt #[protected] Departing from DUS Feb 8th 2015 to Cairo .. Return Feb 13th. Feb 11th, I received sms from Swiss Air stating that my Flight LX3022 ZUR to DUS is cancelled and that I am booked on TK 693 departing 3:55AM Feb 14th then TK1523 to DUS. Due to safety reasons, I couldnt approve such early flight so I contacted Swiss Air in Cairo (Lufthansa Star Alliance) to reschedule to later flight...

bad people at cairo airport

Dear Sir ,
On 12/3/2011 my flight was Cairo ; Zurich ; Sao Paulo flight number LX 237 & LX 92 . while I am doing the boarding on SWISS AIR counter in Cairo international airport , the Cabin Crew cancelled my flight . First they asked me why I don’t have the European Visa ? I said there is no need for it , my final destination is Sao Paulo and I do have the Brazilian Visa , and I will stay only in Zurich in the transit area ....

Ignored Faulty Electrical problem
