Recharge not effective after getting the confirmation message

I have a tata-docomo CDMA number. I got a tariff of Rs. 23 done on my mobile to reduce my call charges. After that I called and checked that it was not effective and my call charges were same as before the recharge. I called the customer care and told them what happened to me. They told me that this plan doesn't exist anymore and has been closed. I asked them to transfer the call to their Senior Officer and on Transferring he told me...

I was using Tata Photon till September-2012. The no. Is [protected]. I lost the device on 5th September-2012. Immediately I called their customer care to stop the services of that photon for ever.
