At my place, tata telecommunication personal installed DD for Broadband connection.
They made agreement with me to pay amount as instrument is going to consume power. I allowed them, and from last 1 and half year NO PAYMENT from them.

I request you to take serious action against them.

We are facing major Billing issue from TATA telecommunication where they are continously sending incorrect since 2years.

We have shown all the proof to the respective authority in TATA and they have also acknowlege that this issue is due their billing system while no one is taking any responsibility to resolve.
