Dear Authority,
We are facing major Billing issue from TATA telecommunication where they are continously sending incorrect since 2years.
We have shown all the proof to the respective authority in TATA and they have also acknowlege that this issue is due their billing system while no one is taking any responsibility to resolve.

Each month we get leased line bill of above 3Lakhs where our monthly amount is INR20000 and we are paying on time every month. Now a days we dont even get bill on time and we are continously following up with the call center invain.
Our lease line issue is an example that TATA doesn't have a proper SLA and escalation matrix as no one in the company know who can resolve this issue for us. They are working more worse than a government office as NO ONE KNOW who CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE THOUGH they have acknowledge that is their system issue.
I am trying to reach to every possible BLOGS or authority to make aware of this truth on how a customer is harressed by TATA Telecommunication.
