My name is pradnya sawale I have work with tbss at thane location and l left my job in 2018 however i sent many mail to get experience letter and full and final settlement letter but still i have not received as my new joing is on hold

Please help me to get an offer letter and relieving letter on my email id...

Doe is updated as 21/10/2018 from my end at the time of resignation initiation (Group transfer from tbss to tata capital) but at the time of authorization doe is updated as 23/10/2018 by hr team. (Due to the error of “skip level manager is not assigned to the employee”, supervisor unable to authorize resignation hence hr is directly authorized resignation)
My doj in tata capital is 22/10/2018, hence unable to transfer the pf amount...

After getting consulted by ProZenTech solution, i had finished all the rounds for BPO outbonding at TBSS, Begumpet, Hyd and got Job call letter in hand by one of the recruitter of the office after finishing all rounds on[protected]
