I ordered a sofa worth 55k and received some other old sofa. They refused to refund my money. I have been following up for the past 4 months. I still haven't received any replacement product. My hard-earned money has gone to waste. Please take action on this scammers....

Received furniture after following up for ages, however we received damaged table and chair. they agreed that it is damaged but it took another 4 months to fix chair, now table is left but lost my patience....

Product ordered in March, expected delivery in April. Even after multiple follow ups, not delivered and not even picking up the call....

I have purchased items worth of 5 lacs on Oct 2022 and only partially delivered and that also after more than 100 calls.
Many items not delivered yet even after 6 months

Had paid Rs. 8500 for the Teak Lab vide Order Number: 19465 dated 11-July 2022 to M/s Teak Lab through the online portal https://teaklab.com/.
The product has not yet been delivered and there is no communication on status of my product from the company.

Requesting you to initiate strong action against the company to avoid similar fraud against the public and also help is recovery of amount paid....

I have ordered for a book shelf in April 2020. The order number is 19360. The product is not delivered till now. They never pick up calls and respond to chat messages. They are giving me a delivery date as well. This is fraud company. They just dodge that the product will be delivered every month end. After month end again as usual, they will not respond.
